Lights of Havana (2026)
Coming Soon
Resistance, autonomy and belonging in Latin America.
With an old camera and a diary, Brazilian filmmaker Diogo Vianna documents daily life in Havana amid growing tensions between the United States and Latin America. Between ruins, rituals, music and everyday gestures, Cuba emerges as a poetic mirror of the region. An island marked by contradictions, resistance and a desire for autonomy. A portrait of lights that struggle not to go out. Based on everyday life in the city, this diary film builds a visual meditation on belonging, memory and the future.
